What this site collects

This site uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools.

"Contact us" form. If you fill it out, we collect your name, phone number, email and, if you provide them, your preferred clinic and your message. This information is used only to get back to you about your request. It is sent by email to the person in charge and stored by our web host, Netlify, whose servers may be located outside Quebec, including in the United States. Requests are deleted from the web host no later than 90 days after they are received. Please do not include detailed medical information.

Like any website, our host (Netlify) records technical connection data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure. This data is not used to identify you.

Your health information

Information collected during your appointments, such as your file, impressions and scans, is confidential. It is kept in accordance with the obligations of the Ordre des denturologistes du Québec and is shared with a third party only with your consent or when required by law, for example with the partner laboratory that makes a metal framework.

Your rights

Access the information we hold about you and obtain a copy.
Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
Withdraw your consent, subject to legal retention obligations.
File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Confidentiality incidents

If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as required by law.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
